1) We are not saying that there are NO GOOD SOLUTIONS, Just Very different than we are used to. The famous German Preacher, Dietrich Bonhoeffer, during WWII wrote that Citizens were so caught up in their Cultural Norms, afraid of Criticism that they were just plain unwilling to make the necessary changes to fight back.
