WE NEED HELP TO RESCIND OUR UNCONSTITUTIONAL COUNTY RESOLUTION

 (The McLeod County Commissioners have done it AGAIN!)

They do not value the peoples’ opinions nor their constitutional rights.
The United States Constitution gives us our civil rights — the RIGHT to
elect county department heads to their offices.
Throughout recent years, McLeod County has pulled the private assessors, and has taken the Clerk, Recorder, and now the Auditor-Treasurer positions to appointed by the County commissioners.
ONLY the Sheriff and the County Attorney are still electable positions.
