MAR 10th, RESTORE LOCAL CONTROL OF MN TOWNSHIPS

LETS HAVE A NEW BEGINNING- MARCH 10TH TO RE-ESTABLISH LOCAL CONTROL IN OUR MN TOWNSHIPS!


The following EXAMPLES are based on the 1992 ruling by the US Supreme Court. The Court opinion, written by Chief Justice Scalia, stated that ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ ARE THE 4TH BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT basically EQUAL to the other 3 Branches. With this understanding, some MN Townships are ready to launch RESOLUTIONS demanding the return of CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS stolen by the state of MN.

One such issue is the removal, by the State of Minnesota, our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to elect a CONSTABLE and a Justice of the Peace in 1988. A Township Constable and a Justice of the Peace would be able to hold every level of government accountable. We encourage each township to make numerous resolutions but especially a resolution consisting of: WE THE PEOPLE of ——— Township as the 4th branch of Government, fully support the repeal of the 1988 MN Legislature’s ruling which forbids townships to elect a constable and a Justice of the Peace.

Numbers are Power to require the State Legislature to act.

RESOLUTIONS are an accepted legal practice throughout the United States, including MN, where a local jurisdiction feels it necessary to preserve rights given to them by their Creator and US Constitution.

PLEASE VIEW THIS IMPORTANT STATEMENT BELOW:

Jurisdiction in Law: There is a Maxim of Law I like to quote like this. It goes like this: “One only has authority over that which One creates.” Now, in most instances THE STATE did create SOMETHING. That something is called a FICTION, but it most certainly did not create the Living man, therefore has NO authority to enforce its private policy on the Living man, unless YOU VOLUNTEER to be subject to that authority.

The rules of THE STATE (a corporation) are NOT Law, but are only policy of the Corporation, applicable to those over whom the Corporation has authority, namely the employees and officers of the Corporation, and no others. This is something that few people are aware of, but which all need to be aware of and remember.
