Apparently MN has outlawed Militia's (See Link Below) but can they ban CITIZEN OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE'S ? Citizens do not have to approach this in a MILITANT MANNER like waving guns around and making threats. USE YOUR BRAINS ! Also read link here:
