COMMENTARY ON US JUSTICE SYSTEM

THE JUSTICE SYSTEM IS IN TOTAL DISARRAY
The Justice system has been taken over by the political parties to serve their needs. This has left any and all citizens in a position of a total lack of ability to be assured they can get a fair and CONSTITUTIONAL court appearance for any matter of question that you may face in the future. “WE THE PEOPLE” have only one place left to turn that will allow us to make sure that our legal system can live up to its lofty goal on which it was based, WE ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVED GUILTY: today it works in reverse and as it was never intended to be administered in any way except; YOU ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY; in no way, GUILTY UNTIL YOU HIRE A LAWYER AND SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO PROVE YOUR OWN INNOCENTS. What we see today should scare the life out of any person who wants to live by their God given rights.
The Constitution is where our BILL OF RIGHTS are kept to be part of the oath of office and adhered to for those who serve “WE THE PEOPLE” our rights from God that is why all of the Townships, Precincts, Parish’s Ward’s, and Villages have the right to elect a Constable, and a justice of the Peace, most important is the Grand Jury it belongs to “WE THE PEOPLE” not a corporate court but a Common Law Grand Jury as the Bill of rights was intended, the only challenge that any other system could use is the Supreme Court, and they will be on the side of the constitution. Do not be afraid of the blessing God has given to “WE THE PEOPLE” use as Gods protection from evil, in all its forms.
This right was restated in 1992 in a Supreme case US v Williams the very honored justice Antonin Scalia case look it up stand up you must or we will be in a mess by Thanksgiving, that most of you can not even put together in your mind.
