Heavier penalties for BIASED criminals in MN ??
Tomorrow, Apr 14, at noon the full Senate will be considering the Omnibus Judiciary and Public Safety appropriations bill SF 2909.

Throughout the bill, especially Article 3, “Public Safety,” that’s the Department of Human Rights, wherever the words “actual or perceived race, color, religion, sex, or disability” are listed as protected groups, has been added the words “gender identity, gender expression.” Assaults, damage to property, burglary, etc. are all given greater criminal penalties if the perpetrator is motivated by bias against them. This means that any crime against any nonbinary person or nonbinary-expressing person will be treated with greater criminal penalties than the same crime against a heterosexual person. How can anyone disprove “bias”?
Please contact Republican legislators and tell them to remove the additions of gender identity and gender expression to the criminal code in SF 2909.
People are disgusted with forcing gender ideology on us. This is two systems of justice based on gender fluid ideology. This is not government by the consent of the people.
