1) Protecting Female Athletes by Presidential Order – By CHILD PROTECTION LEAGUE OF MN
The ramifications of the November 2024 presidential election hit Minnesota hard on February 12th when the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) launched a Title IX investigation into the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) because the league athletic policy violates federal law.
President Trump’s February 5th Executive Order (Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports) affirmed the biological reality that there are only two sexes, male and female, protected all-female locker rooms, and banned males from participating in female athletics.
