ACTION STEP: MN Energy Connection DEADLINE Jan 30
   DOES XCEL (or any of your representatives for that matter) CARE
   ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY RIGHTS?

   Happy New Year, Friends!

   We have an important ACTION STEP to complete during January 2025 for
   the MN Energy Connection High Voltage Powerline project.

   We will be serving notice to Xcel Energy, MN Public Utilities
   Commission, Administrative Law Judge, and some Public Servants that
   Constitutional Due Process has not been followed, and Constitutional
   Rights are being infringed. We are demanding they stop immediately
   with this infringement.

   FOR LANDOWNERS (WITH POLES OR WIRES PROPOSED ON PROPERTY): Please
   send PAPER copies of the Notice for the County in which your
   property is located. Print on LEGAL sized paper (8.5″x14″). Send
   certified and signature mail to each of the individuals listed on
   the bottom of your document. Mailing addresses can be located on the

   FOR OTHERS (NO POLE OR WIRES PROPOSED ON PROPERTY): Please use this

You will need to email a copy of the document to your local Senators, Representatives, County Commissioners, County Attorney, and County Sheriff. Email addresses can be located on the Contact list attached. Anybody who oppose this project can complete this step. You DO NOT have to live along one of the routes to fill this out. Please share it with everyone  who is interested in preserving Constitutional Rights!


  It would be wonderful to have thousands of forms served to the
   individuals infringing upon our rights. Deadline: January 30, 2025.

   There will be an Informational Help Meeting at Church of St. Anthony
   in Watkins (170 Meeker Ave S, Watkins, MN 55389) on Tuesday, Jan. 7
   at 7:00 p.m. in their Parish Center.
