Many of you are aware that the 2024 OMNIBUS BILL passed by the MN Legislature, among other things, severally restricted local Farmers and other Landowners from protecting their Lands from Hostile Takeovers by Utility Companies.
This scenario has been playing out Nationwide for several years as Utility Companies have been trying to develop Fraudulent Carbon Sequester Pipelines to SAVE THE PLANET. (Even though that Pseudo-Science has been seriously debunked)
Conservative Legal Firms are now challenging these and other issues in the Bill and it seems probable that THOSE CITIZEN RIGHTS MAY BE RESTORED.
