SHERIFF MACK SUPPORTS CONSTITUTIONAL TWPs
From Sheriff Mack meeting at Lake Marion Ballroom. Kevin Buss a retired Dairy Farmer in Hutchinson Township MN, gave us the following account.

Attended the Sherrif Mack Lake Marion Ballroom meeting on Oct. 4th set up by Emile and Glenn Gruenhagen , a well respected state Senator of McLeod county. After the meeting a person to person conversation with Sherrif Mack was had, about the 2nd Amendment and Constitutional Townships. he was informed the conceal and carry although not required to carry a weapon, but will save you a headache when stopped by law enforcement.
Then we talked about Constitutional Townships, he said they would be the greatest help to a sheriff, in any county, hands down, because when the township is constitutional it allows the Sheriff to follow the constitution.

I would add that not only would these TWPs be a great asset to a Sheriff, they could very well be the VERY REASON he would be willing to get involved. Especially here in MN where the State has made our Sheriffs accountable to the MN Legislature and NOT to the US Constitution as was the original design. Even our MN Sheriffs Association seems reluctant to disobey the state WHICH IT ABSOLUTELY MUST DO IN THE COMING YEARS.
Here in MN we have a more recent wrinkle. After a strong interest at first, several of our TWP Boards seem reluctant to move ahead with COMMON LAW. We do still have options, once again thanks to our Founding Fathers. Remember Thomas Jefferson ideas on WARDS ? They still operate successfully in many Communities throughout the US including MN. If set up within Townships following Jeffersons’ Plan, they further increase the role that the average citizen has. In TWPs too small for Traditional WARDS, residents can legally form a type of CITIZENS VIGILANCE COUNCIL (OR OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE) to ensure that the will of the majority of the Residents is enforced.
