SMARTEST MAN WHO EVER LIVED. This is a very short audio/video from my cousin in MO. It is about Thomas Jefferson. Its only 4 min long so easy to watch and important history:

The most important statement Jefferson ever made was left out and transcends all the others. (No offense Cous)
After cutting up his New Testament Bible and shortening it down to just the WORDS OF JESUS, Jefferson wrote :
THIS JESUS CHRIST IS THE MOST INCREDIBLE PERSON WHO HAS EVER LIVED AND EVERY SOCIETY SHOULD MODEL ITSELF AFTER HIS WORDS !!
Jefferson then proceeded to personally finance hundreds of these shortened Bibles to be given to Missionaries specifically for Slaves and Indigenous people the world over. He felt that this shortened version would have more effect. He nearly bankrupted himself doing this and the story goes that the reason he kept slaves as long as he did was to finance this work and not have to sell Monticello. (Much of this history comes from William Federer, a Christian Historian from MO.)
So do you see how simple it is ??
