It is very clear our Justice system is in big trouble and is being used in ways it was never intended, the Dem-o-rats have set up the demise of the Constitution and they have opened a wave of judges who are just making up the law applications in many cases as they go, depending on their political beliefs.
We need to set up the system that was designed for our local GVT., using the Common Law Grand Jury that is controlled by "WE THE PEOPLE" It is our rights given in the Bill of Rights, given by God, not the GVT. or any of the three branches, but it belongs to us "WE THE PEOPLE" the 4th branch of GVT.
