When we the people need to exercise our God given rights, one of them is the
zoning rights. As the Reservations start to drill for gas and oil, the Townships
are going to be in a position, to earn $ many ways but need to be in control of
their land and its zoning. Our Township Plan is based on WE THE PEOPLE at the
grassroots level, not at the State or Federal level.

COUNTY AND VILLAGE CLERKS
Control of our townships is on the ballot in Nov. We are looking at the county and state getting a CLERK elected to prevent the Constable and Militia panel.(Militia not necessarily in the Military sense).
We do not want a clerk picked by the county commissioners. They have looked at our information and realize they need a person who is elected by the people that they can control. A Clerk is not necessary. The Militia panel is directly answerable to the people. So is the constable as a member of the panel for a common law grand jury. That is why we have the Militia panel. It is our right in the constitution, a clerk is not. We need to be careful. The Constitution says what it says, and does not say what it does not say. Our golden rule is very important. They could argue that an elected clerk is constitutional. We do not not want this. FYI. God Bless
