2) One of the biggest fears WE have was allowing a Private Company to use Eminent Domain on private land. It’s bad enough when local Government was given this authority by the US Supreme Court in 2005. At that time, 46 states, publicly refused to allow it though now it is the Law of the Land. IT”S FULLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL. But imagine allowing BIG BUSINESS TO DO THIS !
