Why do we need COMMON LAW, NOW?

Well, for one thing, we seem to have few options left. We have essentially
been locked out of the entire process, especially here in MN. The other reason
is:

THATS THE WAY OUR FOUNDERS DESIGNED IT, AND THE FURTHER WE GET FROM IT, THE CLOSER WE GET TO ABSOLUTE DICTATORSHIP, AND ALL THE HORRORS THAT GO WITH IT,
THAT YOU HAVE BEEN HEARING ABOUT. BELOW IS A SHORT PRIMER :

Your Township and COMMON LAW rights come straight from the BILL OF RIGHTS, DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, and the US CONSTITUTION. They were strengthened
by the LOUISIANA PURCHASE OF 1803 AND UPHELD BY THE US Supreme Court as
recently as 1992. Your fraudulent leaders in St Paul know this and are scared to death of it. I
was threatened angrily, TWICE, recently, when I accidentally contacted the
head of MN ASSOCIATION OF TWPs. CASE IN POINT : Recently a MN TWP BOARD was
approached by their County, to bring a Solar Project to their area. That TWP
happened to have an ORDINANCE requiring approval by the local Residents, which
they were not willing to give. The County unhappily moved on to another TWP.

This example illustrates powers that we have NOW but may lose quickly
unless we move to the next step, COMMON LAW GRAND JURIES. How can we do this ? One very promising possibility is the TRIBAL NATIONS challenge to Mining
and Drilling Laws. It turns out, many TRIBAL SOVEREIGN NATIONS, sit on top of
huge quantities of Oil and Natural Gas. Canada may be the first to allow
Tribes to PRODUCE THEIR OWN ENERGY, in spite of the SO CALLED Environmentalists.

HOW DOES THIS HELP US? One thought is to set up our COMMON LAW BOARDS and
partner with the Tribes in upcoming litigation. If the Tribes win, this opens the door for us. We have different sovereignty than the Tribes, as I
explained above through the US CONSTITUTION, LOUISIANA PURCHASE ETC.

ONE REAL ADVANTAGE WE HAVE IS THE COURT SYSTEM. The Treaties and 92 Supreme
Court ruling, allows us to skip local and District courts. ALL CHALLENGES MUST GO DIRECTLY TO THE APPELLATE COURT and if not upheld there, must go directly
to the US SUPREME COURT. The current Court Justices are fully aware of the
threats we face and may be very eager to stop them ON CONSTITUTIONAL GROUNDS,
with the Citizens doing all the LOCAL WORK.. YES THE NEW BOARDS WOULD HAVE
JURISDICTION OVER SCHOOLS WITHIN THEIR BORDERS ALSO!

Back to GAS and OIL. Apparently, much of MN has good reserves under it,
most of which lies along the MN/Dakota borders. If you don’t have any under
YOUR TWP, you could legally partner with TWPs who DO, once you and they have
COMMON LAW TWPS set up. CLOSELY WATCH THE TRIBAL CHALLENGES. Think of ENERGY
INDEPENDENCE CONTROLLED BY YOUR OWN PEOPLE.

Its really no more of a LONG SHOT than many Crisis periods in History.
Think MAGNA CARTA, US BILL OF RIGHTS, ETC, and subsequent INDEPENDENCE. As powerful as these corrupt Dems seem, they have no ability to make ANY
FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS. They do have the GLOBALISTS behind them but their own
EVIL will do them in. Our BIBLE tells us that GOD has NO patience for EVIL
and when his people choose to be his HANDS AND FEET, anything is possible.
