1st Steps To COMMON LAW Communities
You gotta have a place to start and many Townships are asking, HOW DO WE BEGIN ? Fortunately there are Tools already in place to begin to build on. Some of these have been tested lately and so far have held fast. This will not last forever so it is imperative that we move quickly. Here are 2 Examples of Citizen backed Documents that have been used recently
1) This one may be particularly important as Biden gives over our National Sovereignty to the CDC for Pandemics and such:

The obvious question then becomes, HOW DO WE GET CITIZENS INVOLVED? At one of our local TWPs a couple years back, they needed to get TWP residents to help out with a Protective Comprehensive Planning Document that they wanted to write. One of the Board members decided to try a Survey mailed to every home in the Township. This Survey left plenty of room for citizens to weigh in, using their own words, rather than just answer YES/NO or Multiple choice. Respondents were so enthused that they were even writing in the margins. The response was the largest the TWP had ever seen and overwhelmingly in favor of this Protective Document and several volunteered to help.
Many of us believe that sending out a Mailer of some kind to all your TWP residents, explaining simply, why we are considering Common Law and asking then to please come in person on a couple of predetermined dates.
People are desperate for answers and solutions and only a very few do not understand the crisis we are in. THEY ARE READY TO HELP IN SOME WAY. Maybe include in the Mailer, this next article as a Primer for folks. Thanks, Greg
