He explains how our Creator designed us for a LOCAL System Of Government. He then goes on to give examples throughout history where brave locals stood against often overwhelming odds, to halt the oppression against Freedom Fighters and Local Communities. Our current battle is no less urgent than what those Citizen Heroes faced.
