Recent ALL TWP mtg in Morrison County

Rick Willey was given about 20 min to discuss CONSTITUTIONAL COMMON LAW COMMUNITIES

   He was well received and nearly all the material he brought was taken by
those in attendance. The Morrison County Sheriff spoke with Rick and others and
seems interested.  I was concerned that Rick might have been pushed aside by
some last minute speech by one of the NGOs as happened to me about 6 years ago.
I was guaranteed it would not happen and it did not.  Region 5 was supposed to
speak also that night and that is where I suspected the problem would come from
but they never even took their turn to speak.

        I think most folks were surprised to hear that they really have the
power to return our Communities to Citizen Control. Not Vigilantism, but fully
legal, peaceful coordination among citizens to allow them to decide how much of
state Law they are required to accept. REMEMBER, IF STATE LAW VIOLATES THE
FEDERAL CONSTITUTION, IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE FOLLOWED. This was upheld by the
Scalia Supreme Court in the 1990s.
