You may have to turn to volume up a bit. It is only a couple minutes,(her talk is first) but the reasons for giving you this is twofold.
1) YOU CAN DO THIS TOO !! She is a grandmother who still works full time but
deeply cares about the current situation in her (and your) MN Community
2) The issues she discusses are planned for YOUR COMMUNITY TOO. Go to City Hall
and get a copy of your COMPREHENSIVE PLAN :
NOTE - The part of the Comp Plan she is discussing, is an expensive plan to
add Parks to every neighborhood followed by a massive TRAIL system to connect
ALL PARKS , to ALL SCHOOLS, to ALL Community entertainment areas like Water
Parks, then to special WOODED areas set alongside Rivers etc. Each TRAIL will
have a BUFFER ZONE on 5 -6 feet on BOTH sides. When the Trails pass thru
Private Land they use EMINENT DOMAIN if the owner refuses to go along. I should
mention that LOW INCOME HOUSING WILL BE REQUIRED WITHIN THIS MESS
Long term costs like maintenance are answered with promise of MORE
GRANTS. MANY of these Grants are LCCMR which will bring in the ENDANGERED
SPECIES ACT which can lock up thousands of private acres.

IN LITTLE FALLS THEY HAVE JUST ANNOUNCED THAT THEY WILL DRAMATICALLY INCREASE
THE LEVY ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. THEY FULLY ADMIT IN YOUR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
(AND OTHER CITIES IN MN), THAT THEY WILL NEED A HUGE INCREASE IN FUNDING TO
ACCOMPLISH THE ABOVE GOALS. ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR SOLUTIONS IS MUCH ANNEXATION.
READ THE COMP PLAN FOR YOURSELF AND SPEAK OUT PUBLICLY BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
