ANSWERS TO COMMON LAW CONCERNS

As we get more and more questions asked, we try to learn more through Ricks research and talking to other states that are ahead of us in this game. Before reading that, I want to show you what a Michigan TWP is doing. They are approaching it a bit differently than we are and I hope the 2nd Link explains our thinking. Of course TWPs or small Municipalities can design theirs any way they choose but we believe they should use the Common Law basics or they will have no enforcement mechanism. See what MI is doing:
