3) Written, designed by Partners of far Left organizations like AMERICAN PLANNING ASSOCIATION, PLANNERS NETWORK and LEAGUE OF CITIES – They are initially brought to you by your own local Regional Planner, or outsourced to their Partner NGOs and recently Engineering firms in the Twin Cities. 4) Planned Bankruptcy – Notice how many CONVENTION CENTERS, TRANSPORTATION PLANS, SCHOOLS AND EVEN TRAILS,ARE IN ROUGH FINANCIAL SHAPE IN MN !! Thats because the GRANTS which originally helped fund them run out and Taxpayers are expected to foot the bill for projects you never needed, and in many cases never wanted.
In Little Falls, both City and County citizens continue to vote AGAINST a Convention Center but your NGOs keep trying. (Often they change the name to something like COMMUNITY CENTER) In some MN cities, these gov backed Centers refuse speakers such as Child Protection League citing TOO CONTROVERSIAL.
Eventually Little Falls will get THAT CENTER because ALL CITIES MUST HAVE THE SAME ITEMS MENTIONED ABOVE AND MORE !!~ ALL YOU GOT WITH THEIR PROGRAMS AND GRANTS ARE A LIFESTYLE THAT CITIZENS CAN NEVER AFFORD. Now they are offering another round of Grants to help offset costs but only for Projects which fit into their MASTER PLAN. (15 Minute Cities, Sustainable Cities etc.) SEE ITEM #2 ABOVE
5) WHEN CITIZENS RAISE CONCERNS ABOUT PROJECTS THEY KNOW THAT THEIR COMMUNITY DID NOT ASK FOR – Then they tell you these controversial plans are just SUGGESTIONS. Then try to go against one and some local judge etc will rule that YOU MUST FOLLOW THE PLAN BECAUSE ALL YOUR OFFICIALS SIGNED OFF ON IT. Then try to get a copy of said Comp Plan online or in person from county or city so you can read whats in store for you. They have to give you one though you will pay for it and they may make it difficult.
6) GRANTS – Many that we have seen have disclaimers in print saying things like GRANTOR MAY CHANGE THE TERMS OF THIS PROJECT OR CONTRACT AT WILL or IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU CANNOT SUE US. Who would sign that ???
7) GREEN STEPS – Usually separate but partners with Comp Plan and brought to you by NGO Partner, LEAGUE OF CITIES. Some serious problems with GREEN STEPS:
A) Often boldly proclaims to follow PARIS OR KYOTO CLIMATE ACCORDS (New Green Deal) Thats why Little Falls rejected it. The NEW Green Deal leaders now admit that it has nothing to do with Climate but ALL ABOUT EQUITY. See short video by Isanti mayor who rejected it over EQUITY:

B) VERBALLY LOCKS YOU BACK INTO THE COMP PLAN – (Step 3 in some Plans but varies) Requires that ALL ORDINANCES MUST follow ALL the values (MARXIST) of your NGOs described in CPL article below, EQUITY EQUITY EQUITY:
