The above link mostly explains the POISON they bring to your SCHOOLS and how to reverse that but I want to remind you that those same(or close partners of) these NGOs, also are fully responsible for the COMPREHENSIVE PLANS that dominate your County and City WITHOUT your input:

  Even if you elect new School, County and City Board members, they will likely find that they are LOCKED IN to the term length of the Plan, often 10 years. Enough time to transform your Community. You will see terms like 2030, 2040, 2050 etc.

This is why we have been begging citizens to begin to create SANCTUARIES at the TOWNSHIP or small MUNICIPAL level. Remember that many states are doing this piecemeal at the County level, usually for Gun Rights or protection from LOCK DOWNS.  A few are now using CONSTABLES at the TWP level to enforce local ORDINANCES. Both ORDINANCES and CONSTABLES should be the primary focus followed closely by the COMMON LAW GRAND JURY, upheld by the US Supreme Court in 1992.
